How many people you know tell stories of their elders’ penises outside of a therapist’s office? If not, I’ll go first.

Dr. Trojanowski is the miracle worker who performed a few cosmetic surgeries on the penises of my elders. I recounted his story in one of my recent posts. The surgeries he performed attempted to make each of them the proud owner of an Aryan penis. How did that play out? I am still trying to figure that out. But I know that, at least in my father’s case, the operation was not too damaging. I am living proof of that.

But I wanted to share what I recently discovered in my grandfather’s file buried somewhere deep in German archives: It is Dr. T’s handwritten note confirming the baptism of my grandfather (see below).

The note is dated October 1940. It states:

“To the Reverend Father Wilhelm Juliani, St. 53, No. 7

We respectfully request that you kindly issue a certificate confirming the fact of baptism (convert), performed in accordance with the Church regulations. The certificate is required for official purposes. We kindly ask that it be issued urgently.”

[signed] Rev. Andrzej Trojanowski

A faded text below the signature confirms that this is the Reverend is none other than Dr. med. Trojanowski. The top right, hardly decipherable, is Dr. T’s address in Warsaw: Aleje Jerozolimskie. It is one of the nicest, most elegant streets in Warsaw.

The note is not a fake. But I suspect that the baptism did not really take place. There’s a hint. There’s a deadly mistake embedded in this note. Can you guess what it is?

If you know anything about similar documents, I’d love to know.

More information about this story is available here.
